Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Welcome to Rebel Fusion Strategic Advisory (RFSA). This page explains the terms for using rfsa.site, our content, and our digital resources, along with how we handle personal information.

RFSA is operated by Meridian Fusion, doing business as Rebel Fusion Strategic Advisory. In this policy, “RFSA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operator. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Part One: Terms of Use

1. Using this website

These terms apply to your use of this website and the essays, newsletters, frameworks, diagnostics, downloads, and other materials we make available through it. Please use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the site.

Purchases, subscriptions, and advisory engagements may have additional terms presented before you agree to them. If a separate agreement conflicts with this page, that agreement controls for the particular purchase or engagement. These website terms do not replace an existing client agreement.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase products or services. If you purchase on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to do so.

2. Our content and your permission to use it

Unless otherwise identified, original writing, graphics, tools, frameworks, and other materials on this site belong to RFSA or its licensors, to the extent protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are welcome to read our essays, share links, and quote brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link to the original source. These terms do not limit fair use or other rights provided by law.

Unless a resource includes a different license, you may use materials you lawfully access for your personal learning and internal work within your own business or organization. You may not resell, redistribute, publish substantial portions of, or repackage those materials as your own products, training, or client deliverables without written permission. Purchasing a resource gives you the stated permission to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying content.

Any team, client-facing, teaching, or resale rights must be expressly included in the applicable license. Contact us if you would like permission for a use that is not covered here.

3. Information, tools, and advisory services

The public content on this site is provided for general information and education. Reading an essay, completing a diagnostic, downloading a resource, or sending an inquiry does not create an advisory relationship. The scope of any paid advisory relationship is established in a separate agreement.

Our work concerns strategy, operations, systems, and decision-making. It is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or mental health advice from a qualified professional.

Diagnostics and reports are decision-support tools. Their usefulness depends in part on the information you provide, and they may not identify every issue or account for every circumstance. Review recommendations in the context of your situation before acting on them.

We do not guarantee revenue, profitability, business growth, or any other particular outcome. Examples and testimonials describe individual experiences, not promises of what you will achieve.

4. Purchases, delivery, refunds, and cancellations

The offer page, checkout, or written agreement will describe the price, currency, delivery method, access period, and any applicable refund or cancellation terms. Review those details before purchasing. Applicable taxes and recurring charges, if any, will be disclosed before purchase.

A purchase does not include ongoing support, updates, or lifetime access unless the offer expressly says so. Any recurring subscription must identify its billing frequency and cancellation process before enrollment.

If a download fails, you receive the wrong item, or you have a billing issue, contact us so we can address it. Nothing in these terms removes refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

5. Comments, submissions, and confidential information

If public comments or submissions are enabled, you remain responsible for what you post and must have the right to share it. Do not post unlawful material, threats, harassment, spam, another person’s private information, or content that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content that violates these rules.

You retain ownership of your submissions. By posting something publicly on the site, you give us a nonexclusive permission to host, display, and technically format it as needed to operate that feature. This permission does not authorize us to sell your submission or use it as a testimonial without separate permission.

Please do not include confidential business information, sensitive personal information, or third-party confidential material in public comments or initial inquiries. Private client work and confidentiality obligations are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

6. Responsible access

Do not attempt to access restricted systems, introduce malicious code, interfere with site operation, impersonate someone else, submit fraudulent information, or bypass payment or access controls. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, or legal obligations. Paid access remains subject to the applicable purchase agreement and law.

7. Other websites and affiliate links

We may link to outside websites, tools, and services. Those providers control their own content, terms, and privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information or purchasing from them.

Some recommendations may contain affiliate links, meaning we may receive compensation if you make a qualifying purchase. We will identify affiliate relationships or other material connections alongside the relevant recommendation. An affiliate relationship does not guarantee a third-party product’s performance.

8. Availability, warranties, and liability

We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but information can become outdated, errors can occur, and access may be interrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public website and its free content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RFSA and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the public website or its free content, including lost profits or lost data. Liability for paid services and products is governed by the applicable purchase or engagement agreement and law.

Nothing on this page excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain intact.

9. Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the site and our offerings change. Updates apply prospectively from the date shown on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request agreement. An update does not retroactively change a completed purchase or signed engagement.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Please contact [email protected] with questions or concerns.

Part Two: Privacy Policy

This policy describes personal information handled through rfsa.site, related forms, newsletter subscriptions, purchases, and communications with RFSA. A separate client agreement or privacy notice may provide additional details for a particular service.

10. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:

  • Contact and communication information: Your name, email address, and information you choose to include in an inquiry or correspondence.
  • Subscription information: Your newsletter signup details, preferences, consent records, and unsubscribe status.
  • Business and assessment information: Responses you submit through questionnaires, surveys, diagnostics, or service inquiries, including information about your organization and its operations.
  • Transaction information: Details needed to fulfill purchases and maintain business records, such as the item purchased, billing information, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own policies.
  • Technical information: Information recorded by the website and its providers, which can include IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, referring pages, and security logs.

Website analytics and visitor activity. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. It may collect information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, pages visited, and interactions with the site through cookies and similar technologies.

Comments and accounts. When you leave a comment or register for an account, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, comment content, and account details.

Email communications. We use MailerLite to manage newsletter subscriptions and send emails. We use Google Analytics campaign tracking to understand visits to our website from newsletter links.

11. How we use information

We use relevant information to respond to inquiries; send requested newsletters and resources; process transactions; deliver services, assessments, and reports; provide support; maintain records; protect the site; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations.

Where we use analytics or email engagement measurements, we use them to understand how people interact with our content and improve our communications. Any such tools and their controls must be described in the tracking section below.

We request marketing consent where required. Buying a product or requesting support does not by itself constitute consent to unrelated marketing where consent is legally required.

12. Service providers and other disclosures

We use outside providers to support functions such as website hosting, email delivery, forms, payments, and business administration. Relevant information is disclosed to them as needed for those functions, subject to applicable agreements and law.

Our newsletter is delivered through MailerLite. Its processing is described in its Privacy Policy.

Service providers

We use the following services to operate our website, communicate with subscribers, respond to inquiries, and process payments:

  • Vultr: Hosts our website and its database, including account information, comments, and stored form submissions. Hosting infrastructure also processes technical information needed to deliver the website. Vultr Privacy Policy
  • Cloudflare: Provides DNS services for our domain. Cloudflare may process technical information associated with DNS requests. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
  • MailerLite: Provides newsletter signup forms, manages subscriber information, and sends our emails. Information processed includes your email address, any additional signup details you provide, and subscription preferences. MailerLite Privacy Policy
  • SureForms: Powers forms on our WordPress website. We use information you submit, such as your name, email address, and message, to respond to inquiries and requests. SureForms Privacy Policy
  • Google Analytics: Processes information about website visits and interactions to help us understand traffic, measure newsletter referrals, and improve the site. Google Privacy Policy
  • Square: Processes payments for our products and services. Square receives payment information and relevant billing, contact, and transaction details to complete purchases and help prevent fraud. Square Privacy Notices

Each provider’s handling of information is subject to its applicable privacy policy and our service arrangements.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to establish or defend legal claims, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as reasonably necessary in a business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.

Sale of personal information and targeted advertising

RFSA does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising. We use Google Analytics to understand website activity, with Google signals and advertising personalization disabled and no linked Google Ads account.

We provide information to service providers as described above to operate our website, deliver communications, and process payments.

13. Cookies and tracking

Cookies and similar technologies can support essential functions, preferences, analytics, and embedded services. The technologies actually active on this site determine what information is collected and which choices are available.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies to support functions such as account login and remembering comment details when you choose to save them.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and interact with our website. Google Analytics loads automatically when you visit and uses cookies to measure website activity. We do not use it for targeted advertising.

Our newsletter provider, MailerLite, uses tracking pixels and tracked links to record email opens and link clicks. We use this information to understand readership and improve our emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each newsletter.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect some website functions. We do not currently offer an on-site cookie consent or preference manager.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality. A browser cookie setting does not necessarily disable every form of tracking.

14. Email choices

You can unsubscribe from What’s Next and other marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages, or by contacting [email protected]. We may still send necessary transactional messages, such as purchase receipts, delivery information, or communications about an active engagement.

We may retain a minimal suppression record to honor an unsubscribe request.

15. Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining required financial records, resolving disputes, and honoring communication preferences. Retention depends on the type of information, the relationship involved, and applicable legal requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified, subject to legitimate backup and recordkeeping needs.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials, or highly sensitive information through ordinary email or public forms.

How long we retain information

Form submissions are retained until we manually delete them. Newsletter subscriber records are generally retained indefinitely unless manually removed. Unsubscribing stops newsletter delivery but does not necessarily delete your subscriber record; we may retain limited information to honor your unsubscribe preference.

Website backups are replaced on a weekly cycle. Information deleted from the active website may remain in an existing backup until that backup is replaced. External providers maintain their own retention and backup practices.

You may contact us using the details in this policy to request deletion of your personal information. Certain records may need to be retained to meet legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

16. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain disclosures or advertising uses. Some requests are subject to exceptions, such as records we must keep by law.

To make a request, contact [email protected]. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising protected privacy rights.

Where applicable, you may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision and requesting review. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator.

17. Visitors outside the United States

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy laws and protections can differ between countries.

Location and international processing

RFSA is a Washington State business. Our website is hosted in the United States. Our service providers may process or store personal information in other countries, as described in their privacy policies. Those countries may have different data protection laws from your country of residence.

18. Children’s information

Our business services and offers are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

19. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide notice of significant changes and obtain consent before using information in a materially different way.
