Your question can involve your life, your work, your business, or the place where they’ve all become tangled together.
You don’t need to write a flawless explanation. Tell me what’s happening, what you’re considering, and where you’re getting stuck. We can start with that.

Receive your written perspective.
You’ll receive your personal Memo as a PDF, typically within 3–4 business days of submitting your completed form. You can read it at your own pace, think it over, and return to it as you consider your next steps.

Keep the conversation going.
Once you receive your Memo, you have seven days to email follow-up questions related to your situation and the Memo. If something raises another question or you’d like clarification, ask.

Keep your submission centered on one situation so I can give it focused attention. If your question has a few connected parts, include them. Life rarely submits its complications one at a time.

Sometimes another person notices a connection you’ve been too close to see. Sometimes a different question changes how you understand the whole situation.
